Read the rules, pirated roms and emulators are illegal

First off, emulators are NOT illegal. Secondly, ROMS are only illegal IF you pirate them. If he owns the game Pokemon Emerald Version and he downloads the ROM of it, then it's not illegal.

Isnt there an option to change the skin and one of them has full screen? >.<

Actually, it's Fire Red. I have a couple other one's like Emerald but don't play them lolz And oh, I guess I missed the option let me go look. Thank, will post if I don't see it.

EDIT:I feel retarded, I never saw the Options tab... Thanks :) Scaling is what made it work (not full screen, but bigger.) Any full screen emulator kind of like gameboid on Android? With the transparent buttons.

Haha, I got pokemon games for GBA when I got my DS Lite :p Then I got Diamond and Pearl. Anyway to get those transferred into my iPod? I am trying to make it so I don't need to use my DS anymore.

EDIT: BTW I edited one of my other posts with another question. Can anyone answer?

    I have no idea. I don't use Android. :p

As for your other question, there is no DS emulator I'm aware of, so that's a no go.
