A while back I made an icon, put it in png format and stuck it in a theme but when I activated the theme the custom icon did not show. What am I doing wrong. Thanks.

Is it named correctly? It needs to be named exactly as the app's name appears on the springboard.

Are you sure your icon has overwritten the old one in the Icons folder? If it's correctly named and in the right place, there's no reason why it shouldn't appear.

Exact Location of Custom Icon needs to be /Library/Themes/<Theme>/Icons/Cydia.png
