I have SMB installed and Customize 2.0
I've been able to view custom wallpaper in the background for a long time, but lately I've been uninstalling, re-installing a few apps because of a problem.

Now all I can see is the default black background, even in "Slide to Unlock" mode and can't view any wallpaper.

    SMB settings are:
    Theme Wallpaper ON
    Wallpaper ON

    Is something missing?

Happened to me, I uninstalled SMB then re-installed. Now it only does it when I first boot up the iPod, which is once a week anyway

Give that a shot, hopefully it works.

That happened to me too... I restored in itunes and am now waiting for it to finish syncing. Then I'm going to jailbreak again.

there's already a previous Topic on this problem.
    but i'll say it again

i found that you have to change the permissions

use SSH and go into /var/mobile/Library
    then look for LockBackground.jpg

and change ther permissions to 755 or 777
it should work afterwards. and there you go, you can change the background image again. =]

    if this helped please +rep
