picked this up a few days ago and got a few pics of it
i figured i'd start a new thread so people can see this thread has a few pics

previous experience with BSE (BestSkinsEver) on Moto Q
after 1.5yrs, BSE skin still on front screen
back started to come off so peeled off, looks as good as new
front skin is clear but could be clearer/smoother IMO
in comparison to the NLUBodyguardz skin, the plastic is smoother looking on the NLU

i picked up the NLU skin after reading this REVIEW by iLounge on the iPhone
i see exactly what they mean, even though my ipod skin is only on the back and motoQ is on the front

the NLU comes with two FULL sets of the skin
like the iLounge review, the 2nd time i tried to apply was a lot better than the first
putting on the BSE skin was easier for me than the NLU
then again, i didnt cover any corners on my motoQ

only two things i didn't like about the NLU skin: application & corners
i ran out of application (water & baby shampoo) they provided
and corners took up so much time i didn't get all the water/air bubbles squeezed out in time
at first it started to looked really messy and rough
a little over 24 hrs and i have to say, it looks A LOT better
any bubbles eventually go away over time and the clarity of the NLU skin is very nice.

just a tip, if your corners don't stick, definitely come back to them.
get the main part of the skin squeegeed out completely first
after that's good, go to the corners last
if you run out of solution, water and a little bit of mild soap should work

    pics after 24hr period

all of these are with the skin on and after it has dried for over 24 hrs.
those scratch marks you see in the first pic are mostly from before i got my skin.
there's one water bubble on the bottom of the first picture but that will eventually go away

you said that the NLU’s will not show dimples when viewed on an angle, but is it as strong as the ShieldZone version, have you tried the key test on your ipod.

when you look at the NLU, you can see slight dimples
but it's not as obvious as the BSE skin that i have
i have no experience with the Invisible Shield

and i'm not gonna purposely try to scratch something

Wow.. thats really clear. I would've got that, but i was able to get the invisible shield for 19.96, so I went with that instead. How was the installation process? Can we see pics of the front?

on the front i have the original screen plastic still on it =)
i'm getting an iPouch i chose out from this post
i hear the front is really strong so i dont know if i'm going to put anything on the front.

as for the installation, i used the first skin, messed up, started over
second time around definitely turned out a lot better
even if there looks to be a lot of bubbles, as long as it's in place
after it all dries out, it should turn out just fine
