    Okay now what I got new ipod and app, what do I do with it get nike + trainers, r they out?

    You have the adapter, which is the thing on the right, and you slot it under the sole of a nike shoe. I think you have to pay for the adapter

    You dont need the thing on the left which is an adaptor which is just a bluetooth add on for older generations of ipods which didnt have the bluetooth chip built in. The 2g ipot already has the chip so shouldnt need the adaptor just the other bit.

    So yeah... just the bit you put in your shoe.
