I searched around but couldn't find a real answer for this.

Is it possible to jailbreak the ipod touch (1st gen) and use the ipod nano dongle for nike+ with it?
It's just frickin stupid for apple not to make support for this!!

    For people who don't know:
Some nike shoes have support for a little 'chip' to be planted in the shoe. Using an ipod nano (with a small dongle) or a ipod touch (2nd gen, without dongle) you can then receive data on your running (distance, if your doing to fast or too slow, etc..) and it will tell you how to walk better.

So basically, they DO support ipod nano + dongle, but NOT ipod touch (1st gen) + dongle.

I hope someone can give me an answer on this

No, there is no bluetooth integration in the 1g so nike+ is impossible.
