Does anyone know if the Nike+ software is included in the 2.1 software that one can install on a 1st Gen ipod Touch?

Won't do you any good without the bluetooth built into the new nano and v2 touch

I have tried to plug in the Nike + receiver to my 1G ipod touch, and get a message that "This accessory is not supported by this Ipod". Is there some additional software I should load? I have upgraded to the 2.1.

    thanks!

Yeah, unfortunately it's only supported on the new Nano and the new Touch. Not even the iPhone which has BlueTooth built in can do it!
