Hi everyone, i have just completed the jailbreak on my 16Gb ipodtouch, A BIG THANKS for all the help on this site.
I am currently using firmware 1.1.1 and wondering why do i need to upgrade to 1.1.2 when everything works fine as it is.

Welcome to the boards. And you don't NEED to upgrade, but the touch is faster (400MHz - 412MHz) and there are a few more tricks.

    D) said, the only real reason to upgrade is to have a faster touch, and there is an icon in iTunes that shows how much battery the iPod has.

It doesn't really matter to me, but some people like it.

Anyways, welcome to the forums, I hope you enjoy it here.
