does the ipod touch 3g 32gb have a jailbreak that is untethered?
And with a tethered jailbreak, does putting it to sleep also need it to be reset with itunes?

And probably the most ultra noob of all, but you can still use all the normal stuff, like the itunes app store and drm'ed stuff from itunes etc. right?

    thanks!

alright, so the tethered jailbreak isn't even that big a deal, right?
i mean, when would you ever want to turn it completly off?

It's really only an issue if you need to reboot the touch due to a crash, the battery runs dry or if something you installed needs a power down.
