I haven't heard any speculation about this yet, but something occurred to me- maybe the new MacBooks and iMacs will be able to boot iOS as well as OS X. This is of coarse based on the patents filed by Apple earlier this year, and hasn't Apple been calling iOS the "operating system of the future"? The App Store brings a lot of money into Apple, and I'm sure they would be just delighted to bring it to even more of their beloved users. It's at least something to look out for. A quad-core iMac running my apps seems like a win in my book.

An all in one running a laptop quad core running applications made for a device with a tiny screen that runs it fast enough? Such a waste of a powerful resource when there is so much more applications for native OSX......

    You're gonna eat your words!
It wouldn't be unlike Apple to go and encourage developers to make better and stronger apps. Look at the iPad for God's sake.
