When cydia backs up the SHSH blobs how many does it keep? Will it keep my 3.2.1 blob til iOS 5.0 ( that introduces kill all humans mode to all iOS devices

) or will it only keep a few for me?

It backs up the blobs as soon as the firmware is released. For example, 3.1.3 is out, shsh blobs are able to be claimed, when 4.0 releases they stop signing shsh for 3.1.3 but if you already have it you can restore. When 4.0 come out you can claim 4.0 shsh. It keeps an infinite number of hashes until saurik deicdes to shut its server down.

SHSH just save you Exclusive Chip ID so you can downgrade without apple's permission.

For me cydia has all my blobs from 3.1.3 to 4.1. Just incase Saurik decides to delete any old ones I made a backup of all my blobs onto my computer.

It should just keep backing them up. But back them up yourself as well.

And Apple won't be able to not keep giving out SHSH's for any device which needs them, unless they wants angry customers who can't upgrade their device.
