hi, im new to the forum and this whole jailbreaking process, and im kind of skeptical. ive read from one of the guides on the site that all you need is to download ziphone and it will do everything for you. I just got my itouch today and im kind of scared about getting it bricked.

can someone please tell me if it is really that easy, and what to do if anything goes wrong?

    Cant get bricked.

If something goes wrong you google recovery mode ipod touch and follow those directions and all will be fixed.

ehh, its not a big deal but its suggested to do so that more memory space is available. So I believe you should to avoid running into any problems.
