How do i put the games on the ipod touch by ssh and where can i find the games?
to find roms google NES roms, or i believe there is a Nes roms repo somewhere and then SSH into var/root/media/ROMs/NES for 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 and var/mobile/media/ROMs/NES for 1.1.3/1.1.4 and set the permissions to 755. Make any folders that arent there.
Do you mean new as in so new you don't know what an emulator is? When I was nine years old, I found something on the internet called Project64 that said I could play Nintendo 64 games on my computer. I downloaded it and had no clue what to do with it. I still had it on my computer by the time I turned 11, and learned that you must have a ROM (Read Only Memory) of the game you want to play in order to play that game. So when you say you want games for an emulator, that would mean that you would want to play a game through an emulator, which is impossible. The only file you can run through an emulator is a ROM of that game. So if you want to play "Super Mario Bros." on an emulator, you would have to find a ROM of that game. It's not as confusing as it sounds, but once you know how it all works it is extremely, extremely simple. PM me for any more help based on emulating.
um, i dont see a post unrelated to ipod touch ANYWHERE on his post.... dont act like you are a mod, and def dont treat people like you are the owner of this forum. he posted in the right area...may of had a noobish post, but was still in the generally correct area. it was about the ipod touch...as he even used "ipod touch" in his post.
The post does have the subject new to emulators, which basically does have nothing to do with iPod Touch. Now the actual post I guess does have something to do with it. I'll edit the last part so no one else responds about it.
