I have an Ipod Touch 1gen that i just bought that the power button is sometimes not working to shut it off.

You can still turn it on with the home button..but that is it and it will shut off after a minute of not using it.

    Are these replaceable?

You have to hold the power button some time to turn it off.

The power button? No, most of Apple's products are not made to have anything easily replaceable.
