    Will it have multi-touch?
Or is it a pressure-sensitive touch screen?

it will be inpossible to "kill" the iphone. apple has a 2 year advantage so their software and 3rd part apps are always going to be amazing. and if a company enters teh iphone teritory just a tad app will retalitate and develop this new amazing thing so they are still #1

i realize this is a iphone/ipod site but their shouldnt be such bias what if this phone does kill the iphone just a thought and killing the iphone isn't impossible it's just unlikely and unlikely things are quite possible to happen even if the odds are against it.

There's no way that anything will "kill" the iPhone. It's become somewhat of an icon. But this WILL definitely be some competition. It may not have all the goodies that the iPhone, but with 3G and touch and stuff it's going to be up there...

But the biggest appeal is that it's with Verizon, which has many customers that are probably bummed that they couldn't unlock the iPhone to their network (me)

I might get it for christmas since I'm due for a new phone anyways. I just wish that my family had AT&T.
