okay today about half an hour ago I realized that my appstore was missing...like the icon itself was missing...only things I instlled within the hour was Cyorder and CallMe (<-using this when realized it was gone)

So...what should I do and what permissions is AppStore.app?

I've had icons suddenly disappear on me before.

Install Poof.app from Cydia and see if you can "unhide" the app.
    That should remedy it.

Also install GLauncher, so you can run the app in the future for convenience's sake if it disappears again.
As for permissions, 755 recursively should do the trick, but Poof is your best bet.

Is there anyway you can take AppStore.app, back it up on your desktop, delete the application via SSH, reboot, and then transfer it back.
(Be sure to set permissions to 755)

, I had to do this for Calculator.app and, if I remember correctly, it worked out fine.

(Just be sure in AppStore.app that icon.png is set to 755)

Yeah lol, that's obviously the reason it's not showing up though. The name he type was icon.LNG, and I know that when you type png on an iPod, it automatically changes to LNG. He probably didn't notice it when he was changing something, and it's can't read icon.LNG.

    Edit: See?
