Ummm that may be true now but palm has been touch more or so pressure screen forever or for a long period of time so you can't say that they've been copying the iPhone by making a new device with a touchscreen that would be bullcrap.

    beautiul multitasking,
    exchange, facebook, gmail, etc. support
beautiful UI (some say better than iPhone)

but the bad part is i guess, it cannot do decent games

That doesn't look so bad. I hear Palm's new devices are actually high quality and software. But thats only what's predicted and not really put into action yet.

Palm has made devices with touchscreens for a LONG time before Apple, this is just another one, it's not that they decided to make it iPhone look-a-like...

This is the kind of phone from Palm that I waited a long time for, until I got my Touch and then my iPhone... I always loved the Palms, but I hated the 320x320 screens on the Treos, and so I never got one, loved my Palm T|X though!

The physical keyboard is a HUGE plus too, but it is too round for me...

    OK well.

    1) What do you mean by multitasking? If you meaning tweaking some settings or something, SBsettings does that (OT I just figured out SBsettings probably means springboard settings)

2)Also the iPhone DOES support exchange and gmail right in the mail app, and have you ever heard of the application "Facebook" on appstore?

    3) Winterboard. 1000+ themes in cydia.

You don't know what multitasking is?

    1) It's where you can easily do mulitple things at one time ie. browsing web, typing up reports, checking news, texting, emailing, etc.

    2) Good point..

    3) But you much jailbreak, not everyone wants to do that..or knows how.

I know 15+ people withs iPhones. and 14/15 of them are not jailbroken simply b/c not everyone knows how..or even knows what it is

i have never really found a need for multitasking on my iPod touch
there wouldn't be a real point to it, it's not a computer it's an iPod
plus if there was a multitaking feature on hte iPod it would end up to be a Pain-in-the-a** in my opinion
