I have a 32gb Black 3G S and it's jailbroken..of course, and I was wondering which Cydia applications should I use or are recommended? Anything useful or adds any more functions or features that are useful. Thanks!

you should install sbsettings, it's a menu that you can open, when you swipe your finger on the status bar. then you can make settings like brightness, wlan, ssh, ...

Backgrounder: lets you minimize apps in the background while doing something else.

I personally don't see the point of jail breaking, the App Store is great by itself!
