    to make the reflection, simply use a selection tool (rectangular, pen, etc.) to make a secretion of the area you want to have the reflection. then make a new layer and while keeping that selection, make a white-transparent gradient going from top-bottom (or in another direction based on your needs) make it so the transparent ends farther below the selection.

    now turn down the opacity of that layer and youre set!
