Just bought a used IPod Touch (8 GB 2nd gen.) and it has some songs I want to delete/remove. I have ITune installed on my computer. How do I delete/remove songs? Do I need the previous owner's ITune account infos to do that?

I am new with IPod Touch so please be patient and show me step by step how to do this.

    I'd appreciate your help. Thanks

Plug it in and click on restore in iTunes.

you don't have to restore. just sync it with your library and it will replace everything already there with your music and other media

    NitroBum,

I have tried to SYNC it but it didn't replace anything I already have there. In facts, nothing happened after I clicked SYNC. Thanks.

Click on the check that says manually manage music, go to your iPod touch music tab in iTunes, and delete the ones you don't want with the Delete key.

Yes, it will. If you restore however, since you have a 2G, you will still be able to jailbreak again. But you WILL lose all your jailbreak "stuff"
