    Who wants one...? Portables are the way to go IMO, and just buy an external screen. But there are those who like iMacs, and I'm okay with it. I just don't think I would ever use an iMac...

    Very important for people who work with media (photo/video, musicians, etc) who need a large screen and workspace.

    Well, some people assumed Apple would focus mainly on their mobile computers this year and leave next year to the rumored Mac Pro (according to Tim Cook, that will be in 2013) refresh along with Apple's desktop lineup (iMacs and Mac Mini).

    I thought you meant more like this year. Apple said at WWDC that the future of 2012 will be awesome, so I thought you meant 2012 :p

    I just can't wait to see what a 13" MBP will be like, though I wouldn't buy it...

    I have a 24" iMac here at home and one of my college classes has a room full of 50+ 27-inch iMacs, they're gorgeous.
