New firmware update

    yes. youll be back on official firmware. youll need to rejailbreak.

    If you're talking about when 3.0 comes out, yes. When you update to Firmware 3.0 from whatever firmware version you're currently using any jailbreak you previously had will be erased and (if there is a method at that time) you'll have to re-jailbreak.

    well it shouldn't be scary. if their ipod are second gen, and have 2.2.1, just use redsn0w .3 beta.. and they won't lose anything at all. so.. yeah.. there ya go.
