Okay, I have a standard (old) 2.4ghz Macbook Pro (Aluminum) which was bought in late June, early July (can't exactly remember when) and was wondering if I could exchange it with Apple (which is quite near where I live) and get the new Macbook Pro. I have literally all the packaging and stuff and is willing to pay any other fees! So what should I do?

nope. THe return policy is 14 days, after that your screwed. THough if you have 3 major issues with your MBP (logic board, hard drive etc...) They will replace it with the current model
