If you want a rotary dial on your iPhone like olden day, you can get the iDial application.

The iDial lets you dial the phone numbers with a virtual rotary keyboard. Yes, it works the same, hold your finger on the number and spin it. Check out the video demonstration after the break.

The application can be installed by add: http://rep.sosiphone.com as a source in Installer.

If you wanted that, why didn't you buy the one that Jobs showed when he presented the iPod in his keynote.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

Hey, I'm not putting down your app. I think it's pretty sweet, except I don't know how to use a rotary dial.

I agree. In this fast paced world there's no time to learn.

Wow, a rotary dial isn't too difficult to operate, you just put your finger on whatever number you want and spin the dial......
