I'm having the same problem. I can still call/SMS people, but data doesn't work.

Edit: Just discovered that it's because I tried to change the carrier logo like I could in firmware 3.1 (by editing the carrier bundle's carrier.plist file). I restored the backup file and it works again. Maybe they're sig-checked now?

I'm going to guess that the OP's problem is related to not having the latest carrier update for his provider or maybe the baseband didn't update when upgrading?

Have you tried to reset all networks?

I had a carrier update to allow tethering.

And to an earlier post, I can still call/sms, its just data.

I just tried Reset all Network Settings, we'll see if it works
    Edit: No luck
Edit2: Im just gonna restore, but if i use a backup u think this problem will reoccur?

It's probably because of your backup that this problem occurs.
