neogeo emulator

    hey guys. i think it would be cool if someone could create a neogeo emulator. i know it's possible like Skarje said 2 yrs ago about the RACE! emulator being possible to port. Can anyone here try it?

    heck yes it is playable. Neogeo is a low processor classic gaming system that should be relitively easy to port

    Have you heard of metal slug? That was a NeoGeo Game.

    Yeah, it should be possible to emulate. Dunno if it would be worth it, though.

    You should be able to use mame to play neo geo games. If you use the neo geo bios file to play the roms that is how I use them on my computer.

    It has a Zilog Z80 Processor running at 4 MHz, only 40 MHZ would be needed for full speed emulation and the iPod Touch 2G has 533 MHz, definetly playable with sound, all thats left is for someone to actualy take the time to make an emulator.
