Hi, my ipod touch has been jailbroken for 2 weeks already and i jailbroke it the moment i got home and never really got any chance to use ipod touch the way it originally was, out of the box(kind of stupid, i know). I was wondering whats the difference between the 2 besides all the amazing apps and is there any negative aspects to having a jailbroken ipod? I heard that safari web browser has some issues with jailbroken ipod but i haven't had any so far or atleast i think i haven't as i have nothing to compare "right now" to unless i restore it.

The only issue that I can think of is that you need to wait for a new jailbreak before each update. Last time it only took a day or two though.

the only real downside (as long as you dont mind a little work to actually jailbreak it) is the dozens of ppl snatching it out of ur hands to play with ur "cool iphone (dumbasses cant tell the differences)"

jailbroken ipods tend to drain your battery power faster than standard ipod touchs do.

Yeah, battery life is really the only downside I've seen.
    Other than that, all positives!

    Not really big problems though...

The biggest problem i have with jailbroken iPods is!

Spending too much time customizing it, and worrying about new updates f*&#ing up your iPod...

Just because it's jailbroken or because of using apps and stuff?
