Is there a way of kind of 'locking' my iPod Touch so that others cannot remove the content that I put on it (ie. pics, vids)? (Long story short, I'm going to be giving iPod Touches away as promotional items)

If you're giving them away - why do you want your pictures on there?

i'm a co-op student at a condo development company, and for promotion we're giving away some ipod touches to people at a show were doing, and we're putting sum pics of our buildings and some floor plans and a couple videos. and we don't want the people to just be able to take the stuff off it.

no i dont think so. Sorry! This is because there is always restore, where everything is wiped, so you would need to build it into the firmware, and this could be done with pwnage, but when they update everything will be able to be deleted.
    PS Could I have one

They should have the ability to do whatever they want with it. I mean... it's theirs.

also keep in mind that these people are going to be like 30+ years old, so they probably won't get into the details of how the ipod works and stuff. but on the other hand chances are that they'll give it to a younger family member or sumtin and they'll probably hack the sh*t out of it. haha
