need SSH location for synced music from itunes

    for some reason, itunes wont accept like 3 or 4 songs. so i decided to manually add it in. how do i do it? wheres the location?

    First, all of your music synced with itunes is stored in /var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Music. But then there is also a database file called iTunesDB that is encrypted with the firewire guid of your specific ipod. You would need to manually edit this.

    There is actually an easier way to do it tho. SSH the songs into your ipod into a folder somewhere in the Media folder, then install MNPlight, go into playlists, then "import from directory" and type in the directory you put the songs in, click "import" and you are good to go.

    ddvg, that doesnt work. i just tried it.

    paintball, whats the source code for MPlight? i cant find it in my installer right now.
