Hi. I was just wondering if anybody can direct me to the link of the post showing how to get all of your apps back after jailbreak (they show up in Installer but not on springboard. The first one to post it here gets good rep 12 times.

8gb, 16gb, 32gb? 1.1.1? 1.1.2? 1.1.3? Have you gone into the installer and hit install for the app? Do you have symlinks for the apps?

    Not what I'm talking about

When 1.1.3 jailbreak first came out, after jailbreaking, all of your apps would be in Installer but not on the Home Screen. Someone posted a fix for it.

That makes NO sense! The installer is the app on the springboard you use to add sources where you can install the apps. If you have installed the apps and they don't show it's most likely because you need to change the permisions to 0755 recursively.

    Look

You don't know what I'm talking about. I was on 1.1.2 and used Nate True's Jailbreak. All of my apps showed up as Installed in Installer but they weren't on the home screen. A few days later, somebody posted a fix for it. Something that got all the apps back on the home screen without re-installing them.

Okay, I know that happens when the permissions are wrong. That jailbreak is a nightmare! I will check for other answers. Try and reset permissions to 0755

    No

I'm trying to find that post to try to get a fully working method to get from JB 1.1.3 to JB 1.1.4 without losing anything.
