I recently got my 3G iPod touch, and I don't have Wifi. My question is, what would be the best choice of device to buy to create a wifi network for my iPod? I'm looking for under $70.

Wireless routers can be had for $40-$50. If you have a broadband connection, integrating a router into your current setup should not be difficult.

Get yourself a router or Verizon MiFi.

With the Verizon MiFi, you have to pay for Verizon Service. I need a router to create a WiFi network from my cable modem.

i assume your accessing the internet on your computer through a wired ethernet connection.

watch that^ it will teach you how to transmit that connection into a wireless adhoc connection at your ipod will be able to connect to.
