need help with my ipoddd :( !!!

    Okay,ive got a jailbroken 8GB 2/3 not sure generation.
    I cannot install itunes on my version of XP,not sure. So my ipod had turned off and i need to use blackra1n to turn it back on everytimes it turns off :[ But blackra1n needs itunes to work,and i cannot get itunes on my computer trust me ive tried everything,32bit,64bit ect .

    Is their a way i can get my ipod on ? maybe an alternative to itunes which blackra1n can work with ?

    Sorry, nope. As far as I know, no other program can replicate the MobileDevice framework/library (the stuff that blackra1n needs).

    The generation of your iPod is important!
    If it's a 3G touch, you will need to run blackra1n every time.
    Check the model (not serial) number on the back of your iPod. If it starts with 'MC' then you're kinda out of luckā€¦

    That's the serial number. The model number will start either MB (for a second gen) or MC (for a third gen).
