hey, I'd be really glad if someone could help me out in this one:

I'm going by this instructions here: http://www.touchdev.net/wiki/Jailbreak_Guide

    This is where I am:

    6. Type ./iphuc and hit return (You MUST use this iPHUC to do the jailbreak, you cannot use the normal iPHUC to do so, but after you finish the jailbreak, use the normal iPHUC)

    This is what happens:

    dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libreadline.5.2.dylib
    Referenced from: /Users/christian/Desktop/jail/./iphuc
    Reason: image not found
    Trace/BPT trap

I renamed the folder from "Desktop - Jailbreak" to "jail" as the longer name for the folder didn't work. Besides that I did stick to the instructions.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks heaps

aight, I figured it out myself. Sorry for the post.

The libreadline didn't copy where it should have been copied on my hdd. I placed it manually there and now it works.

    cheers

    Step 12. type putfile iphonefs/rdisk0s1.dmg /dev/rdisk0s1

simply nothing happens at all. In the instructions it said it takes a minute, but nothing really happens.

    appreciate your help
