Need help with Error 13014

    I have a Windows Vista 32-bit edition with the latest version of iTunes.
    I just upgraded my iPod touch 1st gen to 2.1, and I tried to sync, but it gives me the error 13014. Every one of my songs synced fine, but the problems is it won't enable the Genius playlist feature. How can I fix this problem. I tried turning on and off the computer and the iPod touch, but that didn't work.
    Please help me.

    Try uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it.
