I was trying to find a utility that can fill in the partial tag of our mp3 songs.
For example, if we know the title of the song, it can search for the album, artist name, year etc...

I stumbled to this iEatBrainz 1.07 application that does that but I cannot download the application. Anyone else have other solution?

Winamp has an auto-tag feature that fills in the ID3 tags.

youtube albumart or something in that manner and you'll see a guy do a video about some software but in that software also hides an automatic ID3 info finder thingy. Try it out guys

FixTunes or Tag&Rename have both worked pretty well for me.

Thanks but I'm looking for a Mac client...

EDIT: Sorry - Fixtunes is a Mac Client. I tested it and it let me correct about 100 songs for free.

be careful with these and make sure to test before using on too much music at a time.

because some are inaccurate. (i used fixtunes and it messed up a lot of my music when tested)

However if you can find anything for mac using "gracenote" cddb.
I used the gigabeatroom to easily access the gracenote database and it auto-tags songs with correct and clean tags. (no you dont need a gigabeat to use the software)

idk about mac however. i run it visty-style

http://www.gracenote.com/ (you can check if they are in any mac apps)
