I need help with making safari read offline files (HTML, PDF, doc). Remember I have full read-write powers over my iPod (muhuhuhuhahaha!) and I am NOT going back to 1.1.x !!!

I don't think you can unless you can reverse engineer Safari back into it's source code.

What Build are you on? Because if you are on 5A240d, you can use Erica Sadun's Browser App to work what what you need I think.
