a person on another forum tried to take me through step by step to get ROMs on my Touch via Total Command, but it was a complete failure.

So can someone tell me how to add ROMs? I know its probably been asked alot of times.

NOTE: My Ipod Touch doesn't get Wi-Fi on the third floor of my dorm, so, if I need to connect my Ipod to the internet, please tell me.

I would prefer if I could do it directly on my Ipod, but what ever method can get me the most ROMs.

EDIT: I've also tried the WinSPC method, but it didn't work.

The path to put in the roms is var/mobile/media/ROMs/NES
    and put the roms there

Yep but you'll have to use mobilefinder to make the ROMs folder in Media and inside the ROMs folder make a folder named NES

ok, I was able to put ROMs on it.

However, now the controller itself cannot be seen. And when I uninstall/reinstall, its still not there. Any advice on that?
