Can I find a place to read the NDA to see the exact terms, etc...

Or is the NDA Under NDA?

First rule of the NDA; never discuss the NDA.

Second rule of the NDA; switch to Mac, you'll never go back.

3rd rule of NDA, you must break the NDA terms on your first day

Im confused.... with the dropping of the NDA, does that mean the 2.2 beta can be distributed?

No...this means that the stuff from the SDK is legally discussable and distributable. 2.2 is still the property of apple, and in PRIVATE- beta testing.

So, does this mean that the SDK will be portable to windows soon?
