If i jailbreak my iOS 4.0 iPod touch 3G and install backgrounder + Kirakae (I know it's not compatable yet) what would happen? Would the apps be saved in place (like the native backgrounding ) or the app keep running? Also what would happen if I set them bot to go off at double tap home button. Would the apps also automatically background (like the native one) or would I need to enable it by pressing another button combo (like in backgrounder.)

    Thanks

They would continue to run in the background as if they were in the foreground.

I think you can choose which form of backgrounding you want. I don't know how it works because I just saw the settings for it when I installed backgrounder on my iPad.

You can either use the Backgrounder method, Native method, or have it auto detect which method it should use.

Sounds like a pretty good system. Gives everyone what they want.
