I waited for the video, watched it, tried the jailbreak three times yesterday on my 16gb Touch and got the BSD error all times.
This has to be the worst, least tested ever.
I have been waiting patiently for a non soft upgrade and thought this was it.
What gets me, the creators of this method must see all these errors but still does nothing.
Back in the day, there would be a fix in hours, now it seems it is like, "Huh? works for me, sucks for you".

didnt work on my 16GB itouch. tried 10-15 times. dang! ziphone shouldve placed a disclaimer that it worked or was tested only on 8GB versions.

Ziphone was meant for the iphone anyway, not for the touch. They don't need to put a disclaimer for it.

im beginning to realize that the ziphone only works with 4gb iphone, 8gb iphone, and 8gb ipod touch.
i did it on my 8gb ipod touch and it work without any errors on the first try

Windows XP SP2, iTunes 2.6 (which I evidently didn't even need to run), iTouch 8gig.

Umm. so I don't recommend anyone else doing this because I don't know how it worked. haha. But I'm a total newb to this jailbreak thing and I got impatient waiting for the 1.1.3 package to download so I can restore and I just ran ziPhone to see what would happen, figured that I was restoring anyway, what's the worst that could happen?

It works... everything, wobbly icons, installer app, mail, everything. it kept my music, mail, calendar, everything. This seems to good to be true considering alot of people have been having problems. Is there anything wrong with just doing it this way? If it's working, then can I assume that, well, it's working? Or is something gonna happen soon that will tell me otherwise. lol.

Not ENTIRELY true. It doesn't work with ALL 8GB iPod Touch's. I think they've changed some of the hardware on more recent models so that it has the same problem as the 16GB models. I've tried 5 or 6 times on my 8GB and can't get past the md0... errors.
