I have finally found the password for my neighbor's WiFi... It was Texas. I still can't officially surf the internet and stuff with it. What is the issue? It says I am connected. I am assuming it's a firewall. :\

There could be a MAC filter.

Yes. Replace the 00:00... with the desired MAC address.

READ: Changes to the MAC address will be changed upon a reboot. Changes will NOT appear in Settings > General > About. Changes WILL appear when you type in "ifconfig" into the terminal.

    Sure. 00:00:00:00:00:00

It's valid, but it won't get you by the MAC filter, if there is one. Chances are, your neighbors have an "allowed list" of chosen MAC addresses. You could, in theory, find the MAC address of one of your neighbor's computers and change your iPod's MAC address to that one. That probably won't happen, however.

Your best bet is to get your own network up and running.
