The applecare (That i paid for) on christmas eve 2009. Anyways i got warranty done in december 2009 cause the dock connector was messed. But now theres a problem with my headphone jack already. It does play out of the left ear. And no its not the headphones, ive tried them with 3 other pairs and still nothing. I also bought new ones cause thats what i thought at first but no.

Anyways is there any warranty after i just got warranty done?

Call the apple service line or email them.

If you don't have warranty anymore, there's not much you can do I think.
But maybe there is a way to repair your iPod at Apple by paying?

The dock repair should be under warranty for 30-60 days (find out the exact time period) from the date of repair. However, this should not cover the headphones jack. However, it doesn't hurt to try.

iResq.com has iPod touch repairs. They repaired my iPod Video 5.5G's headphone jack and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. They are wayyyy cheaper than Apple too.

Just call Apple and get it fixed. You got your answer on what to do with the first reply.
