So, first I will tell you what I've done so far.

Couldn't install 2.1 from 1.1.4 so I've tried few times and without success so I tried to install 2.0 - and it installed successfully, but my Touch got stuck at activate screen so I went to other pc and activated it there, then went back to mine and now iTunes detected Touch without problems so I updated to 2.1 and again lol, it upgraded but couldn't connect after upgrade. So again I went back to other PC activated it and went to my PC to jailbreak it. And iTunes couldn't see Touch again [wtf?] so I went back and on other PC iTunes couldn't connect also [wtf? x2].

So I've erased all settings and data from Touch [using option in settings] and it after it Touch is on activate screen and I can't do anything.

Tried to install 2.1, 2.0, 1.1.4 all attemps were unsuccessfull, tried in DFU and in normal mode and nothing.

What can I do now? I hope there is a way out.

EDIT: I forgot to descride how the the installation process looks like now.
    - If I don't go in DFU mode it just changes screen from activate to the one with apple logo but there is no 'loading' just above home button.
    - If i go in DFU mode it goes white for a second then it goes in apple logo screen and same as above without that 'loading' animation above home button.

    Uninstall iTunes
    Reinstall iTunes 8
    Plug iPod in
    Turn it off
Hold both buttons for 10 seconds
Release power, and hold home until it pops up
    Click "Restore"

If it doesn't work, you're doing it wrong.

It didn't work out, but I've made it work using winpwn 2.5 and upgrading to 2.0 jb - but here comes my next problem: f***ing itunes again doesn't detect my ipods, now on 2 of my computers. And things like reinstalling iTunes/iPod doesn't help.

Try these steps again. Nothing should come on the screen the entire time.

    Plug iPod in
    Turn it off
Hold both buttons for 10 seconds
Release power, and hold home until it pops up
    Click "Restore"
