Is MobileMe free for the iPhone 4? I heard it's free now, is that true? If so, how do I get it?

Also, how many year warranty is my iPhone 4 without buying anything and if I decide to buy a warranty, which one should I get?

Is the antenna reception still a problem or has it been fixed secretly?

    1. No, but there is a free trial.

    2. It includes a 1-year limited warranty. Source

    3. It is still a problem for quite a few people, but we don't know when/if it will be/was fixed.

Oh yeah, upon receiving my iPhone 4, what are some way I can check that my iPhone is working properly and see that my iPhone isn't a defective one?

What do you mean by defective? The antenna issue? As far as we know, a fix hasn't been done yet, and we could expect Steve to say something about it during the September event (if there is one, which there usually is).

As for testing your device, just palm the bottom left side of the device where there's a black line through the metal. Hold it for awhile, and the bars should drop.

There has been a software fix for the Antenna issue which has updated the algorithm used to calculate the signal strength. Not sure f the 'Death Grip' still affects phones (visibly) with iOS4.01

Either way, you should be able to get a free case if you download the app...

that update was a lot of bull.... all it changed was the signal bars that we see.... there's no fix for that issue, but as @PieOPah said, you can get a free case of your choice by downloading the iphone case app

No, defective as in checking if everything on the iPhone is working properly, not just the antennae issue.
