I have a jailbroken iPod, and my external volume control is stuck turning it down. Does this mean I have to restore it and turn it into Apple? If so this is the worst time ever, im getting surgery tomorrow and I wont be able to move for a whole week, and I cant even get on my iPod.

did you try to press the volume up as hard as you can, and try a restore and maybe it will fix it.
    ------------------double post merged------------------

both volume controls and intertwined so that the external will change no matter what you put the inside as.

Yes, yes, yes thank you. I turned off my iPod but thought it would be useless to turn it back on. Thank you so much. And thanks for wishing me good luck with my surgery.

Just remember, nearly all problems can be fixed with a simple reboot.

Yeah, you'd think he'd be more concerned about getting surgery instead of a friggin' iPod. Get well soon and read a book ffs.
