So, today when I tried to go back to the home screen (by pressing home) it made a clicking noise, like with a digital camera. I tried to use the lock button, and it still didn't work. Finally I just tried holding down the lock button, and it turned off and luckily it went away. I checked my photos section, and true enough I have about 25 new pictures the front of my facebook profile.
I still haven't been able to figure out what it was, or how it happened. was this a glitch, a feature I accidentally uncovered, or something else entirely? Is it bad for my ipod to do it, and if not how do I re-do it?

    do you have a case?
maybe it kept holding the sleep button. then when you pressed the home button, the ipod made snapshots.

well, that's true, maybe the case held the power button, because when you hold down the power and sleep button, it takes screenshots!!
