I can put it into sleep mode, but I can't shut it off. But now when I click the home button nothing happens, and now when I touch to put in my pass, the numbers doesn't show. It just happen all of the sudden, and now I am really p***, because I keep it into a case, always keep it safe.

I only had my ipod touch for a month.

It won't even charge, but it is connected to itunes.

out your ipod into DFU mode and restore it with itunes if you can't get it to work.

Happend once to me, press and hold the home and sleep button, its gonna shut off then after it shuts off just turn it on like normal.
EDITED: There was a mistake in that sentence.

my friends did something like this, it got the apple screen of death and he let the battery run dry while it was in recovery, so it wont charge in recovery mode and it wont restore cuz not enough power.
