So, a while ago I put my iPod touch on the floor to charge it and when I woke up the next morning it was boiling hot and it wouldn't turn on.

I still haven't gotten it to turn on but I managed to get it into DFU mode but when I used PWN2ALL and it completed all the steps but froze when it got to reboot.

Also, when I plug the usb cabel in the screen looks like this:

When I take the Usb cabel out, it sometimes looks like this:

It seems like it needs charging but that only makes it boiling hot.

    help me, please

Edit: When I plug into my computer it also makes a very small clicking sound, from inside the ipod. I have gotten a similar sound from a powercord to my computer, this powercord turned out to be defect.

Yeah, I'd first suggest contacting apple, which I believe is a live chat feature on the site in the following link.

    http://www.apple.com/support/expert/

They will require a login and password, if you do not have one you can simply create one first then follow through with the process.

Yeah, but the thing is that it costs 29$ and I dont want to pay 30 bucks to find out that it isn't possible to save the thing.

if it gets too hot to touch, you have a hardware defect, take it to an apple store or mail it in for a replacement
