My touch does not respond to the touchscreen, only physical touches- and it controls itself all the time, opening apps and pressing random stuff!

    You either are:
    a) Lying; or
    b) Being controlled by VNC

Turn it off, and turn it back on...

    Restore.

If it's "doing things by itself"; it's someone controlling his iPod via VNC.

A bit off topic, but are you being series when you say you lost $7000 to cracked apps?

If you do not mind me asking, how much did you make off of legit apps?

On topic now, just restore your iPod and then you will be fine, if it is somebody using VNC to control your iPod, then this will fix the problem.

Sounds like your touchscreen is faulty.

Forgot to mention that I'm jailbroken...and by physical touches, I meant the physical buttons.

Ok....I've restored 5 times, same problem, and I've removed my screen protector and disabled wi-fi as well. It now erratically responds to the touchscreen, but it still seems to be pressing itself...
