My iPod touch is a fancy lump

    So here's whats happened

    I took my iPod on a trip
    I lost it.
    I found it.
    Tried to turn it on and I got a yellow screen.
    Put it into DFU mode and tried to restore.
    Restore get almost there then stops.
    Help me.
    PLEASE!

    What firmware are you trying to restore to? Perhaps try a newer version (if not newest) or update/reinstall iTunes?

    Try DFU again, make sure your doing it right.

    Perhaps try a different cable or computer? Maybe take it to Apple (unless it was jailbroken).
